ADDRESSING THE PROBLEM
​Illegal dumping in southeast New Mexico has increased in recent years and has become a growing problem for private landowners, municipalities, counties, and state and federal agencies alike. It has reached a frequency and volume where the problem is too large for any one entity to address.
